BrickBox and Brexit
Our UK customer R.O. has had a lot of difficulty receiving his order due to Brexit.
Packages were lost or damaged during shipping. Finally, everything has arrived after a few re-shipments from us and 2 months of waiting. The result has been satisfactory, we like the composition and finally, as he himself says: “The wait has been worth it.”
Nevertheless, what has happened to this client has happened to many other clients in England since the beginning of the year. Deliveries are being very difficult and we are seriously planning to stop serving the UK until customs clear.
