BrickBox products are made for indoor use and are not designed to withstand rain, although they can be cleaned with a damp cloth.How are the shelves secured to BrickBox Modules?
The shelves come with four metal shelf supports that are inserted into the holes on the sides of the module.How should BrickBox Modules be cleaned?
With a damp cloth using water or wood-cleaning products. We do not recommend using solvents.Do the edges of BrickBox units have any treatment, varnish or paint?
No, the edges of BrickBox units are planed natural wood. This idea came from one of our customers!: if you want to highlight the colour of the plywood and protect it from dirt you can impregnate it with olive oil.Can the BrickBox be installed on very uneven floors?
We do not recommend installing BrickBox Modules on floors with a slope of over 1% (0.54 cm for each large module (54 cm)).Is the table seen in the video for sale?
No, we have decided not to produce this for the time being. -
ASSEMBLY+
How are the BrickBox Modules assembled?
Each module has a sheet of assembly instructions. It’s very simple, you only need a screwdriver, and if you have an electric one, even better. You can see the assembly instructions here and a video here.How long will I take to set up each BrickBox Module?
2-3 minutes per module if you use an electric screwdriver. 5-6 minutes if this is manual.Can doors be fitted on all the BrickBox Modules?

It’s very simple, and without any tools either. They come with detailed instructions.Can they be hung up?

We ship to the following countries: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland. For shipments to other countries, please contact us via email at info@brickbox.es, and we will provide information about a customized shipment.Is transport included in the price?
Transport is included in the price for orders over 500€ in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Holland. If your order doesn’t reach 500€ the carriage costs 30€. For other countries the transport price will depend on the weight of the order. You will be informed of the itemised transport price when you fill in the shipment details.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the destination country these are the usual times (working days as from confirmation and payment of the order):
Spain and Portugal: 3 days.
France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Holland: 5 days.
Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic and Hungary: 7 days.
Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: 10 days.Will the forwarder call me to inform me of the delivery?
Yes, if they can’t find you at the delivery address, to arrange a time for the second attempt.¿Where will they deliver the BrickBox Modules to me?
The forwarder is under the obligation to deliver the order to the street and number stated. For the time being they will not take it up to a flat.What happens if I receive my order damaged in transport?
We advise you to check the order when you receive this, and to make a note of any damage on the forwarder’s delivery slip. Send us photos of the damaged units. We will immediately check this and resend the damaged parts, at no expense and as soon as possible.Can I call to collect my order at your warehouse?
Yes, in the mornings (from 9:00 to 13:30 from Monday to Friday). Write to us to request this and we will give you the details on how to get there. Our warehouse is in the city of Barcelona. -
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS+
What happens if I receive my order damaged in transport?
We advise you to check the order when you receive this, and to make a note of any damage on the forwarder’s delivery slip. Send us photos of the damaged units. We will immediately check this and resend the damaged parts, at no expense and as soon as possible.Can I return the order if I don’t like the product?
Yes, once received in our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Please note that if the modules have been damaged or you have already installed wheels/legs, we will not be able to refund the amount of these modules.How long after receiving the order can I return this?
You have up to 60 days after reception. But remember that this must always be in its original packaging.Can I return an order for special sizes?
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns through not being a standard product.What happens if any of the parts has a manufacturing flaw?
Our modules are subject to strict quality control, but if you receive any faulty part send us photos of the flaw and we will send you the part at no expense and as soon as possible. -
PAYMENT+
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. All our payment methods comply with the strictest security and confidentiality standards.If I pay by bank transfer do I have to send the receipt for the deposit?
Remember that if you pay by transfer, we cannot send you the order until the payment has been received in our bank account. We advise you to send us the receipt to info@brickbox.es (give your full name as its reference) because that way we gain time and your order will be shipped sooner. -

What happens if I want to buy BrickBox products from outside Europe, U.S.A. or Canada?
We have a BrickBox distributor in the United States: modmobili.com. For all other countries, reach out to us at info@brickbox.es! We can provide you with a quote including the shipping cost to any country worldwide.Which requirements must I meet to become a BrickBox distributor?
You must have a company engaged in the furniture or household item trade. If you haven’t got a physical shop you need to vouch for your experience in online sales. You must also have the capacity required to purchase a minimum order of 500 units. Write to us and we will examine your case.Do residents in countries outside the European Economic Community have to pay 21% VAT?
No, when you type in the delivery country the system will deduct the VAT (21%). You will have to pay the taxes for your country on delivery of the order.Why do residents in countries outside the European Economic Community have to pay 50€ as customs expenses?
Because that is the rate due for import and customs processing in those countries.
